About Tournaments

Net Four Ball Division June 28

This division will play an 18-hole medal competition at Hiawatha Golf Course. Play will be in two person teams with the best net score counted on each hole. It is open to all amateur players with an official USGA handicap index and are current MGA Associate Members.

Championship June 28-29

This division will play a 36 hole medal play competition. The first day will be at Meadowbrook Golf Course and the second day at Baker National. It is open to all amateurs with an official maximum USGA handicap index of 5.4 or lower. MGA Player points will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. All participants must be current MGA Associate Members.

Senior Championship July 30

The Seniors will play and 18-hole medal play competition at the University of Minnesota GC. It is open to all amateur players 50 years of age or older with an official USGA handicap index and who are current MGA Associate Members. Prizes will be awarded for both gross and net scores in Senior and Master divisions. The senior division is 50-64 years of age and the Master Division is 65 and older.

Junior Championship July 31

For both boys and girls there will be three age divisions: 12 and under, 13-15 and 16-18. The event will be played at Victory Links Golf Course. The 13-15 and 16-18 divisions will be 18-hole medical play while the 12 and under will be 9 hole medal play. It is open to all amateur players.
